Rhinoplasty prices in Baku for international patients
| Procedure | Price (USD) | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Primary rhinoplasty (first nose surgery) | 5,000 – 7,000 | Almost always performed with the closed technique |
| Revision rhinoplasty (after previous nose surgery) | from approx. 8,000 | Exact price determined only after examination |
Where your price falls within the range depends on the complexity of your nose — for example, whether the septum needs to be corrected for breathing, how much the tip needs to be reshaped, or whether additional cartilage is required. You will receive an individual quote after I review your photos.
What is included in the price
✓ Included
- Pre-operative tests
- The operation
- One night (1 day) in the clinic
Not included
- Flights
- Accommodation and transfers (available as an optional package — see below)
- Personal travel expenses
A clear price with no hidden extras is especially important when you travel for surgery. Before booking, you will know exactly what your price covers.
Optional travel package: transfer and hotel
Travelling to another country for surgery is easier when someone takes care of the logistics. If you wish, our team can organise:
- Airport transfers — pick-up on arrival and drop-off for your flight home;
- A hotel close to the clinic — convenient for post-operative visits;
- Transport between the hotel and the clinic for your check-ups.
Because our team arranges these services regularly, the package is usually available at a more favourable price than booking everything separately. Ask for the package when you request your quote.
For a standard primary rhinoplasty, plan to stay in Baku for about 12 days: arrive 1–2 days before surgery and stay about 10 days after it. You can read the full day-by-day plan in my guide: Rhinoplasty in Baku: A Complete Guide for International Patients.
Why primary rhinoplasty is almost always closed
In first-time (primary) rhinoplasty I almost always use the closed approach: all incisions are inside the nose, so there is no external scar. My technique focuses on preserving the natural support structures of the nose and minimising tissue trauma. I also do not use nasal packing or silicone tampons, so there is no painful packing removal.
For you, this means a scarless nose, a comfortable recovery and, in most cases, the ability to fly home about 10 days after surgery.
Why revision rhinoplasty costs more
Revision (secondary) rhinoplasty corrects a nose that has already been operated on. It is one of the most demanding operations in facial plastic surgery:
- Scar tissue from the previous operation makes dissection slower and more delicate;
- Cartilage is often missing and may need to be taken from the ear or rib;
- The anatomy has been altered, and the nose's support often needs to be rebuilt;
- Breathing problems caused by the previous surgery may also need to be corrected;
- The operation usually takes longer and requires more planning.
Because every revision case is different, the exact price can only be determined after an examination. As a guide, revision rhinoplasty starts from approximately USD 8,000. Revision surgery is usually considered no earlier than about 12 months after the previous operation, once the tissues have fully settled.
What determines your final price
| Factor | Effect on price |
|---|---|
| Primary or revision surgery | Revision is more complex and costs more |
| Septum (breathing) correction | Adds complexity when needed |
| Extent of tip reshaping | More detailed tip work takes more time |
| Need for additional cartilage (ear or rib) | Increases complexity, mainly in revision cases |
| Severe deviation or previous trauma | May require more extensive work |
| Skin thickness and individual anatomy | Influences planning and technique |
No surgeon can give a 100% guarantee
I want to be completely honest about this, because it matters more than the price.
After every rhinoplasty — anywhere in the world, with any surgeon — there is a risk that a second operation may be needed. Scientific studies usually report revision rates of roughly 5–15%. No surgeon in the world can guarantee a 100% perfect result, and a surgeon who promises one is not telling you the truth.
The reason is simple: the result of rhinoplasty depends not only on the surgery but also on biology — how your skin, cartilage and tissues heal over the following year. Thick skin, scar formation, an accidental knock to the nose or individual healing patterns can all influence the final shape.
What a surgeon can do is reduce the risk through careful planning, a technique that preserves the nose's natural support, honest expectations — and taking responsibility if something is not right.
Our advantage: free correction
If, after an operation performed by us, any concern remains or arises, the correction is performed free of charge.
This is our commitment to every patient. You are not left alone with a problem after you return home. If a correction is needed, it is planned at the right time — usually after the tissues have healed — and carried out free of charge.
Together with the one-year remote follow-up I provide for international patients, this means your care does not end at the airport.
How to get your personal quote
- Send six photos on WhatsApp (+994 70 248 48 18): front view, right and left profile, right and left three-quarter view, and a view from below. Ask someone to take them from 1.5–2 metres with 2x–3x zoom, in daylight, without filters.
- Describe what you would like to change and mention any previous nose surgery, trauma or breathing problems.
- Tell us your preferred travel dates and whether you would like the transfer and hotel package.
- Receive your assessment and individual quote. The final plan and price are confirmed at the in-person examination in Baku.

The hidden cost of "cheap" rhinoplasty
When comparing prices between clinics and countries, remember:
- Revision surgery is more difficult and more expensive than a well-performed first operation. Saving money on the first surgery can cost much more later.
- Ask exactly what is included. Some low prices exclude tests, hospital stay, anesthesia or follow-up.
- Meet your surgeon before surgery. Be cautious with "package deals" where you see the surgeon for the first time on the day of the operation.
- Ask what happens if something goes wrong. A clear correction policy is worth more than a small price difference.
- Look at real long-term results, not only edited photos taken a few days after surgery.
